And still we met
So many flowers, and fields full of bloom,
Yet out of them all, it’s you I’ve chosen soon.
From all the words the world could ever name,
My favorite one will always be your name
A sky so blue, with countless stars to see,
Yet yours is the one that shines for me.
So many places the world could hold,
And still we met— the story of us was told…
So many faces walking on this earth,
And still we met, our souls found their worth
So many moments through space and time,
Yet we still met in the same divine line
So many tangled roads we could have missed,
Yet we walked the same and softly kissed…
So many cold hands in the world to find,
And still we met, our warmth intertwined
So many eyes, so gentle and kind,
Yet yours met mine and caught their shine
So many kisses, lost in the air,
And still we met—the sweetest pair
So many memories, scattered and free,
And still we met, cuz you found me.
It wasn’t fate, nor luck above,
It’s simply us — we chose our love.
